Федеральный закон о чрезвычайной помощи
Принят в 1933, стал составной частью "Нового курса" [New Deal]. Предоставлял средства местным властям на выплату пособий по безработице. На его основе была создана Федеральная администрация по оказанию чрезвычайной помощи [Federal Emergency Relief Administration]
